The New Sanctuary

sanctuaryWe have beautified the temple of God in obedience to Haggai 1: 7&9. "This is what the LORD Almighty says: "Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build my house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored'." God's word goes on to say, "I will fill this house with glory. The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house. In this house, I will grant My peace" (Haggai 2:7-9)

Solomon's throne with its opulent wealth represents the best that was available at the time. Rich in splendor and constructed by anointed hand - selected craftsmen, it is no wonder that when the Queen of Sheba saw all the wisdom of Solomon and the palace he had built at the temple of the LORD, she was overwhelmed ( 1 kings 10:4).

What you see in the bench in the sanctuary are simulated stones, just imitations of the real thing, but the encounter with the Lord is real. Know that He dwells richly in this place and long to strengthen, instruct, encourage, heal and embrace us. Don't let the size of the sanctuary fool you. God does miraculous things here.

doveThe healing room is adjacent to the sanctuary. It's a smaller room where counseling and 1 on 1 ministry occurs. It is a place where people are prayed for and receive deliverance.

sanctuary3In the past this was known as our Friendship Room or Friends and Family Room. We will mingle, converse and share in this room that has the look of comfort and feeling of home.

Basically no. We'll serve food only at special occasions.

"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing ! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it ?" (Isaiah 43:18-19)

This is what the LORD says: Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls..." (Jeremiah 6:16 a)
